Counselling and Psychotherapy

When life feels overwhelming and hard to make sense of

Kelly holds a BSc (hons) in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy. Kelly now continues onwards to achieve Full Accredited Clinical Membership with the UKCP (UK Council of Psychotherapy) and to become a Certified Transactional Analyst.

Based in Morecombelake, West Dorset, Kelly can help you to find a way forward that best meets your individual needs. Your time in therapy will be collaborative and working at your own pace.

Kelly is able to provide confidential, safe and nurturing 1-1 Psychotherapy sessions, either in-person or online. Combining Relational Transactional Analysis, Integrative Psychotherapy and Behavioural Psychology, Kelly will support you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, whilst you learn coping strategies that make life not only bearable, but enjoyable.

Kelly is also trained to provide “pre-trial therapy”, so if you are navigating police interviews and the criminal justice system, in particular those who have experienced sexual violence, as well as family court proceedings, Kelly can help.
